Administrators must first set up a contact account below with their general group information. This password protected account allows the administrator to create and manage the delegate registrations online.
If you meet the minimum number of 50 delegates, you may submit your group registrations using the import spreadsheet after creating your account. Once the spreadsheet is imported, administrators will use this group account to make additional registrations, changes, or cancellations.
If you do not meet the minimum number of delegates to submit an import, administrators may enter registrations individually using this group account.
Spreadsheet Submission Deadlines:
* The Import Spreadsheet may be submitted earlier than the dates posted above. Please allow up to 10 business days until you are able to access your group registrations online.
New registrations, changes and/or cancellations can be made online any time using the registration website. To substitute one delegate for another, the administrator must cancel the original registration and create a new registration using the new delegate's information.
Processing fees will be charged to any registration that is entered, changed or canceled by the ASH Registration Center. These fees apply to fax, mail, email, and phone requests. Please use the registration website to avoid additional fees. Refunds will not be granted for any cancellations made after Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Online access will be terminated once the virtual meeting access begins on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
